Having bought a proper press, I thought I'd challenge myself with a difficult print. This is from a photograph by the superb nature photographer Ben Howard, whom I asked if I could create a print of it.
 
The four plates were hand carved on traditional grey artists lino blocks. After printing the birds were hand tinted with a little watercolour.
